Knop 919 combines several key genetic lines in one package.  The Forecast ram was one of our keeper Captain sons we eventually sold to Polly Murdoch where he made a key set of females for her.  Knop 223 and her twin sister 214 are also key females in our flock making stud rams and stud ewes year after year.  The maternal side of 223 and 214, being the Bobby King, OH genetics, is basically not available anymore tracing to the Original Mayer ram back on the Marx 170 females.  The Marx 9-56 daughters are as “good as gold” in anyone’s flock.  The mother of one of our stud rams--Marx 4-06--is Marx 9-57—the twin sister to Marx 9-56. Marx 4-06 sired the Grand Champion Overall at the 2005 American Royal.
